They did an amazing job at restoring our 120 year old oak parquet flooring in our living room. The wood & grain cuts were matched perfectly and all the restoration work, including repair of the damaged areas was excellent. Artisan provided us with a breakdown of all the costs and very accurate billing of “actual” hours worked. They were on time and all communications were prompt and professionally handled. Hard to find contractors who work like this. In summary, we are very satisfied with the work performed and look forward to contracting Artisan in the future for our dining room and hallways.
